Big Hike Prep
This program is aimed to train your joints and strengthen your muscles for a big hike. It'll work on ankles, knees, and hips to prevent injuries. It'll also help strengthen calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes and hip flexors so you feel strong during your hike preparation and for the big event! The program is 6 weeks long but can be repeated and progressed as needed. The program is 3 workouts per week with encouragement to also hike with a weighted vest to prepare as well.
