I cannot express how grateful I am that I found Corbin through a random reel on Instagram. I know I can be a difficult client to work with, but he never showed any sign of irritation or frustration. Despite my challenges, he was extremely easy to work with, did an amazing job proactively communicating, and was always willing to answer whatever dumb question popped into my mind. Our situation was complicated since we were moving from one state, trying to sell a home in another, and buying a home in a third. Initially, we needed to sell our other home to purchase the one we wanted with him, but over the four months of trying to sell it, our circumstances changed, and we were able to buy the home without needing to sell. When this happened, he immediately went to work to help us get into our new place before I was slated to start my new job. Corbin absolutely went above and beyond for us. During the four months after we went under contract with our new home, he constantly checked in to see how the sale was going and even collaborated with the out-of-state agent to help market the house for us. He even offered to present our home to local investors to see if they would be interested in it. On top of that, when our closing date was pushed back, he offered to let us park our U-Haul at his house since we had to temporarily stay in an Airbnb until we could close. I've worked with other realtors in the past, but I will only work with Corbin in the future. He's professional, easy to talk to, and made an extremely stressful couple of months easier. I don't usually leave reviews unless they are deserved, but Corbin without a doubt deserves people to know how great he is at what he does.

We recently used Corbin to purchase a home. He made the entire process so seamless and easy. All of our questions were answered with ease. For the things he didn't know, (like how involved the HOA actually is) he did research and talked to neighbors to get us answers. Corbin was so easy to communicate with. He worked with our schedule to set up showings and truly went above and beyond for us. We are so thankful to have had him through our purchase experience. 🏠I reached out to Corbin via Instagram to start our home finding journey. He was so eager to work with us, even though our budget was modest. I highly recommend Corbin Scott for your realty needs. He is incredibly resourceful. Corbin is also highly accessible and works hard to make sure your home hunting checklist is attainable. Another thing I appreciated about Corbin was that he was highly knowledgeable about working in the new home realm. He knew all the questions to ask and all the things to look out for, even as we explored the option of a pre loved home. 🏠 🏠 When we finally found our home, he celebrated with us. When we found a home and it was bought before we could buy it, he mourned with us. But at the end of the day, he encouraged us to keep an open mind.🏠
