Hi! My name is Estefania Gonzalez, creator of The Talk—a space where cafecito and conversation meet healing. Originally from Venezuela, I’m passionate about creating therapeutic spaces that feel warm, familiar, and culturally grounded.


I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida. My background blends science and soul, combining evidence-based therapy with genuine, real-life connection while staying culturally rooted.


The Talk is more than a brand—it’s a vision. Inspired by my mother’s coffee shop conversations and the healing power of community, I’m building a space where mental health support feels welcoming, intentional, and beautifully personal.

Tengo una maestría en Psicología Clínica de Roosevelt University y un título en Ciencias Biomédicas de la University of South Florida. Mi formación une la ciencia con el alma—combinando terapia basada en evidencia con conexión real y humana.
