Welcome! I’m really excited to work with you to help you achieve your health & fitness goals. I’m a busy mum of two & working GP, so whilst I promote health & wellbeing in my day job, I know making & sticking to healthy habits long term is hard. I’ve certainly had, and still have, struggles. Although my health and wellness journey goes back 8 years, 2 years ago I filled in one of these forms and found a community which helped me to become my most confident, strong, happy and healthy self.
