Please fill out this form for CAPAS Space Reservation/Request. Review the CAPAS Calendar to check for conflicts. Requests should be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the actual event. To confirm your space request/reservation you'll receive an email from Nikki Acosta, dominique_acosta@pitzer.edu. If Nikki cannot be reached or is out of office, you will communicate with either: Anya Sharma (ansharma@students.pitzer.edu), Robinson Lee (rolee@students.pitzer.edu), or Tasmia Moosani (Tasmia_Moosani@pitzer.edu).

Please fill out this form to check-out items from CAPAS. BORROWING TIME Books can be borrowed for 1 month; all other items are 2 days maximum. If an item is needed for an event, we will contact you to return the item immediately. Non-Pitzer students please schedule a meeting using Nikki's Bookings.
