Our NVR - ‘Beginner’s Mind’ online group sessions and they have proved incredibly popular, attracting attendees from all over the UK, the UAE and the USA. It consists of a series of 10 bi-weekly, 90 minute online meetings for collaborative information-sharing and discussion about the fundamentals of NVR. No prior knowledge of NVR is necessary, just curiosity and a willingness to explore a new way of approaching troubling behaviours.
