This channel hosts videos that introduce ramen recipes made by employees of the noodles manufacturing company "Nishiyama Seimen Co., Ltd." in Sapporo, Japan. Nishiyama Seimen Co., Ltd. has been making ramen noodles since 1953 and was the first to develop the noodles of world famous "Miso Ramen" which is the ramen symbol of Sapporo. Today, more than 3000 ramen restaurants in Japan use noodles at Nishiyama factory. We will arrange some of the recipes used in Japanese ramen shops for domestic use and share them with everyone in Europe. We hope that you will get to know the real Sapporo ramen through this channel, make it at home, and get interested in Japanese ramen.
