I currently offer online coaching only. The Balanced Body Blueprint requires a minimum 3 month commitment. This is a 1:1 online program structured with a progressive approach to support you in your health and fitness goals meeting you where you are at. We will co-create a flexible "goals to action" plan that includes: We develop a workout or movement plan that meets you where you're at. Whether you're completely new or it's been a while since you worked out, we develop a program that fits your abilities and lifestyle. Work on developing lifestyle habits customized to your goals with weekly skills and practices. Programming is delivered through an app with access to resources, workout plans with “how to” videos. Access to text messaging in the app. Private biweekly 30 mindset and progress check-in. Investment: $333 one time payment. This 6-week program gives you the essential framework to shift your mindset and empowers you to start building self-trust and confidence in your future self. Let's Go!
