This is a 6 week bolt on program to introduce sprinting and plyometrics into your training.1 sled sprint day you can do before your lifting (You need a push sled and a 10m turf).1 Plyometrics and jumps day to be added before your lifting.1 Track or field day (you need good trainers, spikes or cleats/footy boots if you're on grass).No one wants to be slow, stiff and un-athletic, no one likes feeling like they're strong enough but just can't move fast enough to use that strength.
