168 : ワシントン州の洪水・暴風被害、SBAが現地サポート窓口を開設！ 2025年12月の暴風雨・洪水で被害を受けたワシントン州の住宅所有者、賃借者、事業者の方へ。米国中小企業庁（SBA）は、被災地の住民や事業者向けに 災害ローン相談窓口（Disaster Loan Outreach Center: DLOC） を開設しました。 現地スタッフが、ローン申請の手続きや書類確認、申請書の記入サポートを提供します。相談窓口は Auburn、Chehalis、Fall City、Sedro-Woolley、Snohomish、Sumas の6拠点で開設され、平日・土曜など幅広い時間帯で対応しています。予約は不要ですが、事前予約も可能です。 利用できるローンの種類-住宅所有者・賃借者向け-住宅修復・再建ローン（最大 $500,000）-個人財産修理ローン（最大 $100,000）→ 保険でカバーされない損害の修理・交換に対応 事業者・非営利団体向け-物的損害ローン（最大 $2,000,000）-経済的損失ローン（EIDL）→ 被害での売上減や運転資金の不足にも対応 ローンの利率と返済条件-住宅・賃借者向け：2.875%-事業者向け：4.00%-非営利向け：3.625%-返済開始は最初の融資から12ヶ月後-最大30年までの返済期間で、返済負担を軽減 申込期限-物的被害ローン：2026年4月27日-経済的損失ローン（EIDL）：2026年11月24日 詳しくはU.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)のページへ 167 : 将来のビジネスに向けた準備を効率的に進めるチャンス : SEAP制度 SEAP（Self-Employment Assistance […]
