The Evidence Based Concepts (EBC) MAS template is a tool designed to simplify the process of calculating and planning MAS (maximum aerobic speed) conditioning sessions for athletes. The EBC MAS template is fully functional on iPhones through the Documents app and allows coaches to input their athletes' 1.2km testing results and select desired intensities, distances, and times for their MAS conditioning sessions. The template then automatically calculates the necessary parameters for the conditioning sessions, saving coaches time from swapping from laptop on spreadsheets to the field.By using the EBC MAS template, coaches can create targeted and effective conditioning sessions that are customized to each athlete's individual needs and abilities.

Elite Sprint ProgramThe Evidence Based Concepts team bring to you an Elite Sprint Training Program.This is a 6-week all-inclusive sprint training block. Training sessions are divided up over 6 days (Monday to Saturday) with the Micro-Cycle mapped out for you for best results. The program contains 3 gym based explosive strength sessions which have automated target loads based off your current maxes. As well as 4 running based sessions that cover a variety of speed training aspects including acceleration, frequency drills, plyometric based sessions and maximum velocity sessions.
