Welcome! This program is designed to guide newly admitted and early-stage Algerian PhD candidates in biology and biomedical sciences through key aspects of doctoral research. The program is also open to Algerian PhD students from other disciplines and research-oriented Master’s students. The program runs online from March to June 2026, with interactive sessions led by experienced researchers. 📅 Program Modules: Module 1 – The Mindset Shift: Entering the World of Research Module 2 – Supervision, Lab Culture, and Expectations Module 3 – Experimental Design: Avoiding Common Pitfalls Module 4 – Interpreting Results: What the Data Really Say Module 5 – Ethics in Research: What Every PhD Student Should Know Module 6 – Speaking Science with Confidence Module 7 – Mental Health, Doubt & Imposter Syndrome Module 8 – Building Your Identity as a Researcher 📌 Registration deadline: 22 March 2026.
