Connecting People, Growing Communities | BwD CVS is the local umbrella body or trade body for the 1,000 plus voluntary, community and faith organisations, including social enterprises, which operate within Blackburn with Darwen. We provide support to people wanting to set up local voluntary and community groups. We provide a range of support to existing groups, including information and networking support, funding advice and business support, manage grant programmes aimed at non profit organisations, manage training & events, help with the recruitment of volunteers, etc.
