Hello! Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2026 Conference on Advocacy and Leadership in Engineering, presented by Aecon! The conference is taking place at McMaster University from February 5th-8th. Conference volunteers will help guide delegates and speakers around campus and to/from the hotel, assist with event setup, and other ad hoc tasks as needed by the Organizing Committee. Volunteers will be required to attend a brief training session, and delegates must have a PRESTO card to be able to take the HSR. Volunteers will have meals provided for the duration of their shift. Volunteers may also be able to attend speaker sessions, depending on the timing of their shift. Submissions are due January 29th. You can expect to hear back if you are a confirmed volunteer by January 31st. If you have any questions, please contact cale.logistics@essco.ca.
