Site Managers: Please use this checklist to audit the site for safety and security compliance. Document any issues found, but please resolve the appropriate parties on the spot if you are able. (Example: Employee was found not wearing cut-resistant gloves while handling pallets: The Site Manager or Shift Lead coached the employees on use of required PPE and why it is important to wear them to prevent injury). For matters that require further attention, please reach out to your Site Safety Lead or EHS Lead for assistance. This checklist should take 15-20 minutes to complete.
