Welcome to the Austin SFSLAC Mid-Winter Conference 2026 - Childcare Registration Form! We are pleased to provide licensed childcare at the mid-winter conference hotel for registered children between the ages of 3 to 12 years. Please note the following: ✅ Children must be toilet trained ✅ Pre-registration is required – We cannot guarantee childcare without pre-registration (Registering on sfslac.org does not count at registering for childcare. This form must be filled out) ✅ Limited spots available Childcare Hours: 📅 Friday, January 30, 2026 | 6:00 PM – 11:30 AM (Food Provided) 📅 Saturday, January 31, 2026 | 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Food Provided) Please complete this form by December 30, 2025 to reserve a spot for your child(ren).
