Adding range_encoding library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add range-encoding

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

range-encoding = "0.2.1"

The range_encoding library will be automatically available globally. Read the range_encoding library documentation.
