Adding `postgres_binary_copy` library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add postgres-binary-copy

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

postgres-binary-copy = "0.5.0"

The postgres_binary_copy library will be automatically available globally. Read the postgres_binary_copy library documentation.
