Adding matrix_basic library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add matrix-basic

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

matrix-basic = "0.5.0"

The matrix_basic library will be automatically available globally. Read the matrix_basic library documentation.
