Adding fixed_queue library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add fixed-queue

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

fixed-queue = "0.5.1"

The fixed_queue library will be automatically available globally. Read the fixed_queue library documentation.
