Installing the command-line executable

Assuming you have Rust/Cargo installed, run this command in a terminal:

cargo install cppr

It will make the cppr command available in your PATH if you've allowed the PATH to be modified when installing Rust. cargo uninstall cppr uninstalls.

A VERY BASIC CPP PACKAGE MANAGER

Make sure to have a main.cpp file in the cmd folder
install
```
cargo install cppr
```
run
```
cppr
```
