Adding changepacks_java library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add changepacks-java

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

changepacks-java = "0.2.16"

The changepacks_java library will be automatically available globally. Read the changepacks_java library documentation.
