Energia nuclearis
Energia nuclearis[1] est energia orta ex reactionibus nuclearibus et viribus fortibus. Haec energia producitur et cum nuclei atomici leviores quam Ferrum-56 in nucleos graviores funduntur (quod est appellatum fusio nuclearis) et cum nuclei graviores quam Ferrum-57 in nucleos leviores finduntur (quod est appellatum fissio nuclearis).
Sol noster energiam nuclearem in forma lucis producit propter fusionem hydrogenii in helium.
Ergasteria atomica hodie sola fissione utuntur, e.g. 235U, ut energiam electricam producant, quia adhuc physici nesciunt fusionem practicam adhibere.
Physici Manhattanis Consilii, inter eos erat Henricus Fermi, ad propositum bellicum, primam "nuclearem reactionem incatenatam" anno 1942 fecerunt. Mox postea et bombas fissionis (uranii et plutonii) et bombas hydrogenicas fusionis fecerunt.
Ad energiae nuclearis usum pacificum promovendum et usum bellicum vetandum, Societas Internationalis pro Energia Atomica anno 1957 fundata est. Etiam Foedus de interdictione armorum nuclearium ius inalienabile energiae nuclearis utendi confirmat.[2]
