The non-resolution resolution: Write something every day, mundane or not. Just write.


Middle aged in body (just ask my feet and back) but not in mind.
Married, no children but we have our dogs, aka "The Kidz".
Baker/cake decorator for most of my working life.
Getting ready to retire but continue to dance around it because my ego refuses to believe I'm Medicare eligible.
Writing has always been my savior.

I discuss my work a lot and don't expect responses on those posts.
I write them to save my sanity.
I could probably write a book about my culinary trajectory
The idea still sits on the back burner.
I'm too exhausted much of the time to seriously write something like that.

I use a lot of acronyms like SO (Significant Other, aka my husband) or TPTB (The Powers That Be, aka upper management).
Both have irritated many people over the years.
I'm trying not to use them as much now.
I still use SO the most because DH (aka Dear Husband) is too icky to use anywhere.

I'm an introverted extrovert who loves meeting and getting to know people.
I wish I had more free time so I could deeply delve into things that once quenched me intellectually and spiritually.
Right now, though, I can only do what I can do, so here I am.
