New BOOTS

Hi There Everyone

So here I am again with another card for Crafts and Me, this card however - will actually be my last at Crafts and Me, I have decided to leave, which will give me more time for my little girl:-)

So My card... I have used another Sue Rundle-Hughes image, she is a brand new artist at Crafts and Me, and I must say I do actually love these... well I love all the fairy images heheheheeh hence why I have stuck around for so long!!

This little beauty is called New Boots.... I love the idea of the fairy getting new boots and lacing them up on a rock... in someone's secret fairy garden! So here is my card, I hope you all love it as much as me:-)


So what do you think? pretty sweet huh? I love colouring my fairy's in green.  I think I will miss doing them each fortnight, but I have a stack of images to play with, and of course, there is ALWAYS new ones each and every month! 

So it has been an absolute pleasure, thank you Teresa for having me:-)

Fairy Cakes

Hi there Everyone

Today I have a new artist to tell you all about, she of course is designing for Crafts and Me and there has been a new release this month with about 5 images I think... Anyway they are GORGE!!

For my card this fortnight, I have used: Fairy Cake Gardener and she is designed by Sue Rundle-Hughes, Crafts and Me, new and brilliant artist!!!

So here is my card, its only a wee one...


Now my card is slightly different than the Digi image available.... I've missed off and chopped off the cute butterfly which is to the left of the image... Why??? Because I totally buggered it up, and it was horrid and ugly and not How it was meant to turn out LOL.... so I improvised a bit.... sorry - but the actual image that Sue has designed is gorgeous!! I know you girls and Guys... will love it!!

So there you go, just a simple little card for a sweet little someone!!

Natsumi Baby!!

Hi There Crafts and Me Fans....

It's Karen here, and this week I wanna showcase to you, Natsumi!! She is brand new at Crafts and Me and of course she is designed by Hannah Lynn.... just in case you didn't know!!

I've coloured her up with my copic's and to continue on with the Oriental feel of the image, I used some Oriental looking papers, and a Dragon Charm.  I also used a Memory Box die, which there is tonnes in store for you to choose from!!


Anyway I hope you all having a great time, whether it be snowing or sunny.... depending on which part of the world you live in....

Spring to Life

Hi Everyone!!

It's my turn again to showcase something on the Crafts and Me Shop blog.... and today I wanna tell you all about a Hannah Lynn Image called: Spring to Life... 

She is available right now, as she has been in the shop for a while.... you can get her here.... I have coloured her with my copic's and to make my card I have used up some of my scrap bits of paper, that I seem to have tonnes of.... like you do save it for a reason don't you? So I guess I should actually use it!!!

Anyway here is my card, I hope you like it as much as me:-)

Art Deco Esther

Happy New Year Everyone!!

Today the shop is back in business at Crafts and Me, along with all the Design Team Girlies!! I want to show you a card that I made using a December image, Art Deco Esther!!

I have coloured her with my copic's in a rich green, to make her a little more traditonal and 1930's feel :-) I have also used my Graphic 45 papers, Ladies Diary, which I think is pretty much perfect for her, so here she is, I hope you love her as much as me:-)


So what do you think? pretty ? I think so:-)  I have again kept the card nice and simple and somewhat small, so that the main part of the card is the actual image:-)

There is a brand new challenge starting today, so I hope you will come along and play...

Its Merry Mindy!!

Hi Everyone!!

This week, to show to you all a really great image by Hannah Lynn, this one is called Merry Mindy!!  She is of course brand new and available right now in store:-)

Merry Mindy is perfect for Christmas.  I've coloured her with my copic's and added some glossy accents to the Baubles on the tree - just to help them stand out a little more!!  I've kept my card simple so just a bit of patterned paper, some glittery card stock and voila....


So how are we all going with our Christmas Shopping, done and dusted? I am YAY!!!  I can't believe how  quick this year has gone, I guess building our new house, has really made the time flow.... Its our first Christmas here, so that is a bit exciting!!

Geraldine

Hi There Everyone

Well we have hit December, not long until Christmas - although before that, the world is meant to blow up or something isn't it? LOL Do you think I should wait to do my Christmas Shopping? hahahahahha

Anyway this week at Crafts and Me we have some new digi images, like we always do on the 1st of each month.  This month we have some brand new Art Deco images which you can check out here... I love these girls and it was also the perfect excuse to use some of my Graphic 45 Ladies Diary Papers.... so here is my card... I hope you love it as much as me:-)


Isn't she just the coolest? Well I think so, I love the fashions of the 1920-30's... so glam...

Daffodils

Hi There Everyone!!

Today I have an imaged designed by Sara Burrier to show you, it's called Daffodil.  She is of course available to purchase right now here 

I decided to colour her in a soft blue and then add a little glow of yellow to her wings, it came out looking rather good I think!! here she is I hope you love her as much as me!! 


I've used a Tim Holtz bird cage die, and some flowers and ribbon to finish off my card.  There is a lot of different dies which are available in store right now - check them out here

Translucence from Crafts and Me

Hi there Everyone!!

As you may be aware Crafts and Me just released a whole bunch of new Images... like they do on every 1st of the month - but I must say that I actually really really love these ones just that little bit MORE this month!!

My first one to show you is called Translucence and she is designed by Sara Burrier.  I just love this image so much, so magical and floaty and the birds added in just seem to add more and more to this stunner.  

Anyway I have tried to colour her in softer colours, using the E01 and E02 as my pale pink, I tried also to get some white happening but I think I was a little heavy handed with my C's in a couple of places LOL... Anyway here is my Translucence hope you love her as much as me:-) 


I've also added a chippy butterfly to my card which I painted with some Crackle Paint, and I also sprayed my whole image with some Glimmer Mist.  There is a bunch of Glimmer Mists available in the store right now.

Teya from Crafts and Me!!!

Hi there Everyone!!!

 I am showing you all another gorgeous Image designed by Hannah Lynn... This one is called Teya....


I've coloured her with my copics and added some sparkles to the hair with some black glitter... although you probably can't see it that well in the pic, but it does look pretty in real life!!

My card is also gone for the clean and simple look.... CAS is really starting to grow on me LOL:-)

Sadie's Dragon

Hi there Everyone

Today I want to show to you Sadie's Dragon which is designed by Hannah Lynn, this image is available at Crafts and Me so run on over and get yours!!!  Remember that there is always new images on the 1st of each month!!!


I have coloured Sadie up with my copics, just some of my MFT die and Memory Box dies... and the gorgeous paper is Fairy Belle by Prima!!  I've added in some scrummy flowers too... and we all know where they come from LOL!! I've also used a cute K&Company die cut blow fly.... it just seemed like it was just right for the paper and my Sadie Image!!

Anyway there you go, I will be back in a fortnight with another gorgeous Crafts and Me image - in the mean time don't forget that you can play along with the challenge (and you don't have to use a C&M image to enter - so everyone is welcome!!!) and a brand new challenge has just started so go on... get crafty!!!

Monarch Mermaid

Hi there everyone!!!

Today I want to show you a card I made using an image from the August release at Crafts and Me.  This one is called Monarch Butterfly and she is designed by Hannah Lynn

I really do love this image a mermaid with butterfly wings - well some of my favourite things... and together is just magical!!  I also love how she is cuddling up to a cat.  I made him grey like my very first cat Smokey.... anyway here is my card, I hope you love it as much as me:-)

Phlox Princess

Hi There everyone

OMG I have been so busy over the past week or so, trying to get ahead in all my Design Team work.... so that I wouldn't have to take a break when we move house.... but I think I'm going to have to take a break at the end of this month - I just can't manage it all!!! But we will see how we go before I have to pack my crafty goodies up to go into my new room!!

Anyway this week I want to show and tell you all about one of the gorgeous Images which is available from Crafts and Me - this one is called Phlox Princess and she is designed by Sara Burrier.  I love this image she looks so magical - like a fairy tale princess to me... so here she is I hope you love her as much as me:-)


I've coloured her with my copics and also gave her some sparkle to the pretty bits on her dress with some Atyou Spica pen in clear.  I've also added some Liquid Pearls around her... she looks so pretty I think!!

Crafts and Me - Easter Lily Fairy Showcase...

Hi there Everyone!!!

It's Karen here and today I get to show you a Brand Spankin' new Digi which is released today at Crafts and Me - designed by Hannah Lynn!!!!  

The name of this little beauty is: Easter Lily Fairy.... awwwwwww she is so pretty!!!!  I've coloured her with my Copic's and I have tried to give the flowers a bit of an exotic look by making them orange with red centres.... this is also one of my favourite ways to colour flowers!!! So here she is - I hope you love her as much as me!!!!



I've used some Marianne D Dies, on my card, and there is an awesome range of dies available in store here....

So have you been enjoying the Olympics ????  I have I love them - I think my favourite sport is the swimming and the diving...

Primrose Princess

Hi there everyone!!

This week at Crafts and Me I want to tell you about Primrose Princess - she is designed by Sara Burrier!!  

Primrose has a beautiful dress with pretty little flowers on it, and i love the cute bird that flies above her head too!!  

I've coloured her with my copics and I've tried to add a few folds to her apron after learning how recently.... but still I need more practice!! I think I needed to add some more depth to the shadows!! But she still looks pretty!!


I think this image is in the shop now, but if not she will not be too far away!!

Sienna at Crafts and Me

Hi Everyone

This week I want to showcase to you a Sara Burrier image - this one is called Sienna.  Sienna is a bit of a mermaid - I seem to have a bit of a thing for mermaids at the moment - just about all my cards are mermaids!! hahahah

I have created my own background mini paper - right behind Sienna - I did it with some distress inks, Mr Huey's spray in white (which dried kinda chalky??) then I stamped with a music stamp in some oil based stamp ink... apparently it's better when stamping on Distress Inks - so Mr Tim Holtz tells me!!

Anyway here she is I hope you love her as much as me:-)

Crafts and Me Chelsea

Hi Everyone

Me again this week, at Crafts and Me.... (seen so I got my weeks mucked up hahahah) I'm here to showcase for you Chelsea, she is designed by Hannah Lynn.  I love this little mermaid, she looks so beautiful, guarding her treasures!!!

I've coloured my image using my copics and for some sparkles I used my Atyou Spica in Clear and Purple on the seahorse.  I've added some Liquid Pearls for a little bit more texture, my background I have used some sparkles Pebble Chalks.  It looks so pretty in real life:-)

Little Miss Frenchie

Hi Everyone!!

I've taken a few steps back at Crafts and Me, and I will only be doing a super cool shop showcase post once a fortnight.  I really didn't want to leave the Crafts and Me family so we came up with a solution so that I can stay so YAY for me:-)

This week I want to show off Frenchie Friends - Michelle and Jo-Jo.... she is so cute, I love her... she is of course designed by Hannah Lynn and she is available in the store right now:-)

I've kept to a kinda of travel theme, with my London Market papers, and post marks.  I coloured her in Red, Blue and White, the colours of the French flag.... and my flag and the British flag too... gosh there are heaps more countries with red white and blue isn't there... 

So anyway here is my Miss Frenchie, I hope you love her as much as me:-)

Crafts and Me Add a Ribbon

Hi Hi

This week over at Crafts and Me we are looking for Ribbons.... How easy is that???  Anyway for my card this week I've used Princess Izzy who is designed by Hannah Lynn.  She is pretty sweet I think:-)

Anyway I've made her a little small when I printed her, but she is still so cute, I've added a die cut that I made with the Cheery Lynn Sofia's Heart, its a gorgeous die, and the butterfly is part of a Bo Bunny pack that I got to go with the paper - which is also Bo Bunny!!
