Last week in Wels, Austria, the BOA® Junior Race gave young riders their first opportunity to line up at the start of the same closed circuit as Austria's most notable race, the Welser Innenstadtkriterium. It was here where pros like Riccardo Zoidl, Felix Großschartner, Gregor Mühlberger, Lukas Pöstlberger and Michael Gogl all got their first taste of competition. Last week our Denver team hosted Career Possibilities alongside several of our nonprofit partners including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, Denver Scholarship Foundation, Chill Foundation, and SOS Outreach. More than 40 students joined us for a day of hands-on learning and career exploration. They connected with teams across Marketing & Commercial, Product Design, and Product Engineering, and got a behind-the-scenes look at how ideas move from concept to testing and development. Miguel Banuelos-Garcia from the Denver Scholarship Foundation led a session on college access and financial aid, helping students navigate an important part of the path to higher education. To support their next steps, each student left with a laptop and a BOA backpack. We're grateful to our nonprofit partners, the students who participated, and the volunteers who shared their time and expertise. Expanding access to opportunity is a long-term effort, and partnerships like these are a critical part of that work.

Last week, the BOA® team dialed in the trails around our Mondsee, AT office. We proudly partner with Alpenverein Mondsee to renovate and improve the local trail network in our backyard. From clearing paths to reinforcing routes, our team put in the work to help keep these trails accessible, safe, and ready for every hiker, runner, and adventurer who calls this region home. At BOA®, we believe in expanding access to the outdoors—and that starts in our own backyard.
