I was born in Eastern Michigan and  began writing stories as a kid, categorizing and classifying the types of monsters you'd find in the deepest reaches of the woods and wild corners of your dreams. Ever since, I've been trying to reach into the darkness, looking for ways to bottle up shadows and use them as ink. I live with my wife and son in Florida now, and pass the time reading, writing, and playing whatever I can get my hands on.
