Together to the top at Re Stelvio Mapei 2026 🚵🏃♀️ Passion for sport, determination and team spirit once again defined the 41st edition of the Re Stelvio Mapei, held in July in Bormio. Now an iconic event, the race brought together cyclists, runners and outdoor enthusiasts to take on one of the Alps' most legendary climbs: a 21-kilometre route with 1,533 metres of elevation gain, from Bormio to the Stelvio Pass. Organised by Mapei in collaboration with U.S. Bormiese, the event delivered a day dedicated to sport, nature and community, offering participants of all levels a truly memorable experience. For Mapei, the Re Stelvio is much more than a competition. It is a tangible expression of the values that have always guided our commitment, both in sport and beyond. Passion, dedication, perseverance and teamwork are the same principles that inspire our work every day and strengthen our long-standing connection with the world of cycling. A heartfelt thank you to all the athletes, volunteers and organisers who contributed to the success of this year's edition. 🌎🤝 Buenos Aires welcomes the Mapei General Managers Meeting The inauguration of the new Mapei World in Buenos Aires - the first Mapei showroom in Latin America - provided the perfect setting for this year's Mapei General Managers Meeting, bringing together leaders from across the Group.   Throughout the meeting, participants shared experiences, discussed future challenges and strengthened the collaboration that drives Mapei's global network.   During their stay in Argentina, they also experienced the company's strong connection with the local community by visiting the Lanús Stadium and taking part in the traditional Lanús Marathon. 📣 BIBM 2026: Mapei reinforced its role in the future of precast concrete industry   Mapei participated as a Platinum Sponsor at the BIBM Congress 2026, one of the leading events for the European precast concrete industry, based this year on the theme “Think Concrete, Go Precast! - Innovative Pathways to Sustainable Construction”, focusing on the new challenges of sustainable precast production.   During the event it was announced the establishment of European Construction Chemicals (ECC). An afternoon of culture and team building with the Mapei HQs Marketing Team 📸 ✨ Changing perspective is always a valuable exercise, even when it comes to team building. A few days ago, the Mapei HQs Marketing team spent an afternoon together visiting the “Werner Bischof. Point of View” exhibition at the Museo Diocesano Carlo Maria Martini in Milan. Through the powerful images of one of the 20th century's greatest photojournalists, the exhibition invites visitors to see the world from different perspectives, appreciate the importance of details and reflect on the stories that photography can tell. We were delighted to share this experience in a venue that Mapei is proud to support as part of its ongoing commitment to promoting culture and contributing to the local community. The evening continued with an aperitif in the museum’s cloisters, offering the perfect opportunity to keep the conversation going and enjoy quality time together beyond the workplace. 📢 Mapei World opens in Buenos Aires A new Mapei World opens in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires: a space dedicated to designers to deepen their knowledge of Mapei solutions and find inspiration for their projects. Among the participants at the inauguration event were Veronica Squinzi and Marco Squinzi (Mapei CEOs), Gabriel Ros (LATAM Cono Sur Director) and Fabrizio Nicoletti (Ambassador of Italy to Argentina). Designed as a place for professionals to meet and learn, Mapei World will offer architects, designers, engineers, developers and applicators training courses, workshops, technical conferences and product demonstrations. The opening is part of Mapei’s growth strategy in Latin America, which focuses on continuous training as a driver for the development of the construction sector, while further strengthening the company’s presence in Argentina, where it has operated since 1999. The celebrations continued at the Embassy of Italy in Argentina, hosted by Ambassador Fabrizio Nicoletti, together with local authorities and the entire Mapei team whose dedication made this new project possible. 📢 Mapei acquires the Dutch company Eurovite Mapei continues its international growth journey with the acquisition of Eurovite, a Dutch company based in Ede, specialising in the production of adhesives and complementary products for the construction sector. The acquisition strengthens the Group's industrial presence in the Netherlands by adding local manufacturing capabilities, enabling Mapei to be even closer to the market and support growth in a strategically important region. Founded in 1960, Eurovite (Eurovite Nederland B.V.) is recognized for the quality of its solutions and its ability to develop tailor-made products for construction professionals and international brands. With this acquisition, Mapei further consolidates its presence in the Netherlands, where it has been operating since 2009 with a logistics and commercial office in Apeldoorn. The Group is also present in the country through its subsidiaries Sopro and Polyglass. Over the years, Mapei has contributed to major infrastructure, sports and residential projects, including the restoration of the Zeeland Bridge, the longest bridge in the Netherlands, and the construction of the prestigious Sluishuis residential complex in Amsterdam.
