# Influence > Create social posts in your brand’s voice with AI. Review, schedule and publish across your connected accounts from one content calendar with Influence. Influence is a hosted social media management service. An account, workspace permissions and eligible connected accounts are required for publishing. Connection availability and supported formats depend on the account and enabled features. Public guides and research can be read without an account. Influence IQ uses your Brand Guidelines and brief to suggest posts and dates. Selected images and videos can help shape the writing. If image creation is available in your workspace, you review and confirm it separately before spending credits. Review the copy, media, and schedule before publishing. Publishing and schedule changes require an exact review and fresh approval. Social image posts use the Influence visual review in a compatible assistant client or signed-in Influence; videos and WhatsApp visual messages require signed-in review. Accepted or scheduled work is not yet published. Preserve the original request ID after an uncertain outcome and check the saved result before any further action. ## Product and learning resources - [Influence](https://influence.so/): Create social posts in your brand’s voice with AI.
