Kaumudi Vaidya from BHARAT CXO asked a question there, that had not been asked before. "How do you see Al reshaping L&D in the next three to five years?" Most people expect a safe answer but I gave them an honest one. L&D teams won't be training only humans anymore. They will also be predominantly training Al agents. As Al becomes part of every organisation's workforce, The learning ecosystem has to expand to include not just people. But people and agents both together. This is going to be one of the biggest mindset shifts HR has ever faced. Because HR has always been about people. That is the entire foundation of the function. But the definition of who sits in the room is changing. And L&D needs to be ready for that before it becomes urgent. What do you think, is your L&D strategy ready for this shift?
