𝟯 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗩 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁 ⚡ Choosing an EV charger should not begin with “How many kW is it?” Power rating matters, but a charger is only valuable if it remains compatible, connected, and operational after installation. Before you install one, ask these three questions: 1️⃣ 𝗜𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? Connector type, charging protocol, voltage range and power output should match the expected EV traffic. A 60 kW charger at the wrong location can deliver less business value than a correctly selected 30 kW charger. 2️⃣ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱? Ask about OCPP compatibility, remote diagnostics, payment integration, user authentication, energy monitoring and software updates. Charging hardware without a reliable backend can quickly become an operational headache. 3️⃣ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴? This is where the real difference between charger suppliers appears. Ask about: ➭ Service response time ➭ Spare-parts availability ➭ Preventive maintenance ➭ Remote troubleshooting ➭ Warranty and AMC support At ROADGRID, we believe EV charging infrastructure should be designed around uptime, usability and long-term operations, not simply charger installation. Because installing the charger is Day 1. Keeping it available for every driver who arrives is the real job. #RoadGrid #EVCharging #EVChargers #ChargingInfrastructure #ElectricVehicles #EVInfrastructure #EVChargingStations #EVMobility #RoadGrid #AtmanirbharBharat #MadeInIndia #EVInfrastructure #PolicyMeetsInnovation #IndianManufacturing #servicenetwork #aftersalesservice #EVCharging #LEVDC #FastCharging #EVInnovation #SustainableMobility #EVIndia #EulerMotors #OmegaSeikiMobility #AltigreenPropulsionLabs #KineticGreenEnergyAndPowerSolutions #MahindraElectric #PiaggioIndia #GreavesElectricMobility #AtulAutoEV #ZyppElectric #Yulu #BounceInfinity #MoEVing #EV #SustainableTransport

𝟰𝟴𝟬 𝗸𝗪 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗕𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Electric buses don’t just need chargers. They need charging infrastructure that can handle depot schedules, fleet visibility, high utilisation, and fast turnaround. That is where ROADGRID’s Grid Megawatt 480 kW charger comes in. Designed specifically for high-power electric bus and commercial EV operations, the charger brings together: ➡️ 𝟰𝟴𝟬 𝗸𝗪 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗽𝘂𝘁 for large battery packs ➡️ 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗱 𝗚𝘂𝗻 𝗖𝗖𝗦𝟮 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 for flexible fleet charging ➡️ 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘁-𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 charging management for daily route planning ➡️ 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 for operators managing multiple vehicles For electric bus depots, uptime is not a luxury. It is the business model. A charger like this is not just about delivering power. It is about keeping buses ready before the next route begins. As India scales electric buses across city transport, corporate mobility, airports, campuses, and logistics hubs, high-power depot charging will become one of the most important layers of the EV infrastructure stack. ROADGRID is building for that layer. India’s EV charging market is moving from charger deployment to charger utilisation. ⚡ A new set of Central Electricity Authority (Cea) data points to a significant shift in India’s public charging ecosystem. Electricity consumed at public charging stations increased from 𝟴𝟰𝟴 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 (𝗠𝗨) 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗬𝟮𝟱 𝘁𝗼 𝟭,𝟰𝟲𝟬 𝗠𝗨 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗬𝟮𝟲, 𝗮 𝗷𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟳𝟮%. But the more interesting number is this: ➡️ More than 74% of this electricity was consumed by heavy-duty public chargers serving electric buses, trucks, high-capacity coaches and commercial fleets. Their share was around 70% in FY25. #Maharashtra alone accounted for 378 MU, followed by #Delhi at 359 MU, #Karnataka at 213 MU and #Telangana at 111 MU. The market signal is becoming clearer. India’s charging infrastructure can no longer be evaluated only by the number of chargers installed. The next phase will increasingly be about: ➭ Energy throughput ➭ Charger utilisation ➭ Higher-power charging ➭ Strategic locations ➭ Reliability and uptime For the charging industry, kWh delivered may soon become a more meaningful metric than chargers deployed. At ROADGRID, we see this as an important indicator of where India’s EV charging market is heading. #RoadGrid #AtmanirbharBharat #MadeInIndia #EVInfrastructure #PolicyMeetsInnovation #IndianManufacturing #servicenetwork #aftersalesservice #EVCharging #LEVDC #FastCharging #EVInnovation #SustainableMobility #EVIndia #EulerMotors #OmegaSeikiMobility #AltigreenPropulsionLabs #KineticGreenEnergyAndPowerSolutions #MahindraElectric #PiaggioIndia #GreavesElectricMobility #AtulAutoEV #ZyppElectric #Yulu #BounceInfinity #MoEVing #EV #SustainableTransport
