Judge Me NOT!

One thing that can be said about photography is that if one looks to express a feeling, an idea, life and emotion, he has to look no further for there is a shot somewhere out there which has captured such human traits. If you look at the events around the world today, all you see are amazing shots of people, countless lives being frozen in time while still convey a message forever.

In the past 100 years, photography has been able to capture memorable moments in human history as well as portray everyday life, while in other cases it has created a whole new variety of abstract expressionism, sensuality and sexuality. It has helped shape our consumerist/vanity nature (just think of magazines such as Vogue), while allowing a glimpse into other people’s lives. It has brought as much of the pain, suffering and the horrendous close to home as it has brought beauty, warmth and love. See No Evil

Have you ever shut your eyes so hard you actually so light? An amazing kaleidoscope of rotating light and colors. It is an exhilarating, uplifting and dizziness. Nothing else exist at that moment but what you perceive  There is no other sensation. There is no other emotion but what you experience right at that moment. There is no good nor evil, it is just you with light and colors dancing in your mind, a beautiful illusion. Try to see no evil at least once in your lifetime…

The God-like Experience – Model Tony Apollo

There are moments in life where you ever so suddenly and much to your delight come across a person with attributes to spare. As e fervent researcher of models on the internet I came across this rare specimen with God-like features which took my breath away. Of course there’s the generalization of a human being into a whole, but what struck me, besides the obvious, was his amazing eyes, something I’m quite fond of and always have been. His presence in every shot is that of a person with great attitude and personality, a person of more than just his looks as it was so well presented to me by another blogger here. The Monastics – Secluded Expression of One’s Self

The word Monastic derives from the word monastery or its characteristic and lifestyle of someone who gives up all earthly possessions in order to pursue a life of religious piety, seclusion, very disciplined and contemplative. This photo-shoot takes on that idea and expands it into a more viable expression of the individual, adding to it the abstract, grace and color. At the same time it offers a rare opportunity where a way of life, chosen by so many throughout the centuries, is transformed into a modern almost surreal contemplative expression. The dramatic facial expressions or lack thereof, feeds onto a feeling of loneliness and strong psychosis. Viewed in such a way, it is visually a breathtaking work of art.
