Seemingly Unable to Use Foraging as an MMM (Ironman)

Foraging has always been my favorite skill (sorry fishing) and I've spent a ton of time doing as much of it as possible, doing what I find reasonable as a person who doesn't spend their entire life playing the game. I've completed a majority of Torrhus Canyon content and almost everything on Moonglade Marsh, and am currently at 700 sweep and 1000 foraging fortune. I still need to get Tiamat shards and Gecko shards which I think will get me to like 850 sweep. I do not have a jade dragon and this post will make it very obvious why.

My only way of making coins at the moment is foraging, and I have some issues with it that I don't see anyone else have. I make 8m/hr from Helix. 8m/hr. Players with the same stats were able to make around 10m/hr from Fig before Torrhus Canyon was added, and my hourly rates from Fig are about 4.5m/hr. What am I doing wrong, is me not having etherwarp that punishing? At the drop rates I'm currently getting, even if I had Gecko+Tiamat shards and a Jade Dragon, I still won't be making more than maybe 15m/hr from Helix, and that is most likely a wild overestimation. Players with the same setup make 25m/hr....

What am I doing wrong? I would like to have some coins so I can get more recombobulators for my talismans and fishing gear as well as getting a 250m spoon, but I can't get coins in a reasonable amount of time. Any info from another ironman who doesn't have this issue or did but alleviated it would be appreciated.

I don’t have etherwarp either, but i’m getting about 12-14m/h from foraging on ironman. I did have to farm for a couple dozen hours for a jdrag pet though, sorry about that

Do you possibly know how people with a similar setup are making 25m+/hr? I looked at your profile and you seem to have what everyone else has.

probably selling karma books and chameleon shards as well as pet leveling to sell them later for a profit

unfortunately all methods unusable on ironman

you can get close to 2k foraging fortune and effectively 1.4k sweep on helix
and foraging does rely on optimised routes + low ping (under 100ms)
also a lot of the money comes from pet leveling and stuff (which isn't viable for ironmen)

The numbers I reference in my post are purely selling Helixis to NPC. I'm unsure how people can get over 25m/hr that way, but I do know how lucky normal profiles are to have pet leveling available.

tbh 25m/hr purely logs is probably larp
but you can def get almost double what you're getting with better stats + a good route (w/ empty lobby)
