From first hello to paid in full.
A website that brings in leads, proposals customers sign from their phone, and deposits collected the moment they say yes. All under your name, on your domain.
No credit card. No contract. Set up in an afternoon.
Three steps. One brand. No chasing.
Most small businesses juggle a web guy, an estimate app, a signature tool and a card reader. Hello to Paid is one place, and every step looks like you.
Get found, get the lead
Your website is built for your trade and ready the day you sign up. When someone fills in your contact form, you get an alert and the lead lands in your inbox.
Send a proposal that sells
Offer good, better and best options with photos and a clear scope. Customers pick, add extras, and sign on their phone. No printing, no scanning, no “I’ll think about it” emails.
Collect the deposit on the spot
Ask for a percentage or a fixed amount. The customer pays by card or bank transfer the moment they sign, and you see it on your dashboard.
Look like the biggest outfit in town.
Pick your trade and we build the site: services, reviews, photos, service area and a quote form. Change the words, drop in your photos, publish.
- Designed for phones first, where your customers are
- Your colors and logo on every page
- Built-in quote form that sends leads straight to you
- Your own domain on every plan

Proposals that sell the upgrade.
Customers who see three options usually pick the middle one, not the cheapest. Hello to Paid makes that the easy way to quote.
- Good / better / best packages and optional add-ons
- Photos of your work and a plain-English scope
- Signatures with a full audit trail and a PDF copy
- Expiration dates, so quotes don’t linger forever

Know where every job stands.
See what’s waiting on a yes, what you won this month, your win rate, and which leads still need a call back, the moment you sign in.
- Every proposal’s status at a glance
- Deposits collected, totaled for you
- New leads flagged until you reply
- Works on your phone in the truck

Replace two bills with one.
Most small businesses pay a web agency and an estimating app, and still don’t get a proposal that matches their website. Typical costs we see:
| Web agency | Estimate app | Hello to Paid | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost | $100–$1,500+ | $20–$200+ | From $49 |
| Contract | Often 6–24 months | Varies | Month-to-month |
| You own your site and domain | Often not | No website | Yes |
| Good / better / best options | No | Often upper tiers only | Pro and Growth |
| E-signature and deposit at signing | No | Sometimes | Every plan |
| Website and proposals under one brand | No | No | Yes |
Simple plans. No surprises.

Garage door
When a spring snaps, the homeowner calls three companies. The first one with a clear, professional price usually gets the job.

Replacement quotes are big-ticket and emotional. Homeowners want options, clear warranties, and time to decide without a sales call.
See how it works for HVAC contractors →Fencing
Most fence jobs are priced by the foot and decided at the kitchen table. A clear, photo-backed proposal beats a number scribbled on a card.

Your busy season is short. Every day a quote sits unsigned is a day your crew could be booked.

Solar buyers compare several quotes over weeks. The installer whose proposal is easiest to understand stays in the running.

Plumbing work moves fast: a leak today, a water heater swap tomorrow. Customers hire the plumber who answers, shows up on time and sends a clear price.

Detailing customers want a price for their car, not a range. Mobile or in the shop, the detailer who makes booking easy fills the calendar.

Integration projects have dozens of parts, several rooms and changes along the way. A proposal the client can follow wins the job and protects your margin.

Clients compare firms on clarity as much as price. A well-organised scope, clear fees and an easy way to sign shorten the path to a start date.

Event customers want to know your open dates, what it costs and how to book, without a week of back-and-forth messages.

Most diners check your website before they visit: the menu, the hours, where to park. If it’s out of date, they go somewhere else.

Straight answers.
Do I need a website already?
No. When you sign up we build you a starter website for your trade in about a minute. Edit the words and photos, press Publish, and it’s live. If you already have a site, you can link to your proposals from it or replace it.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, on every plan. Your site runs on your own address (yourbusiness.com) and your proposals match it. Don’t have one yet? We can register it for you, or move yours over so we manage it, and it stays in your name.
Can you build and run my website for me?
Yes. Website Care ($119 a month) means we keep your site up to date for you, and we design custom sites from $1,500. Both work with any plan, including the $29 Website plan.
Can you move my data from the software I use now?
Yes. Migration is $249 one time. We bring over your customers, price list, jobs and invoice history from Jobber and other platforms, where they let you export it.
How do customers sign and pay?
They open your proposal on their phone or computer, pick the option they want, add any extras, and sign with their finger or mouse. If you ask for a deposit, they pay it right there by card or bank transfer. The money goes to your own Stripe account.
Are e-signatures legally binding?
Each signature records the signer’s name, the time, their IP address and browser, and their agreement to sign electronically: the record the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA look for. You get a PDF with the signature record attached. (This isn’t legal advice; check your own situation.)
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel any time. Your customers, proposals and website content stay yours.
What does the payment fee cover?
A small percentage of the deposits and payments you collect through Hello to Paid: 1% on Starter, 0.7% on Pro, 0.5% on Growth. It’s on top of Stripe’s standard processing. There’s no fee on payments you take outside the app, like cash or checks.
Can my office manager and crew leads use it?
Yes. Starter includes one user, Pro up to five, and Growth unlimited. Staff can build and send proposals without seeing your billing or settings.
