The Malignant Fascist and his kakistocracy have long been comedic punchlines. It was no different in last night's "Weekend Update" on SNL, where more of the stupid madness was on display. So much material, so little time. But ultimately, the joke's on us for allowing malevolent morons to hold power in this country.
The "Trump Awards" ("honoring the best in being or succumbing to President Trump") were the topic of last night's SNL cold open. The narcissistic moron was played, as usual, by James Austin Johnson, with a special appearance by Mike Myers as South African Nazi Elon Musk. Most timely lines: "After all my little freaks and psychos at ICE have been doing, I need more distractions. Look -- everything's gold and shiny!"
Last night, Colin Jost and Michael Che gave us SNL's "Weekend Update," with quick hits on the Malignant Fascist's FIFA "peace prize," his cameo on "Home Alone," his MRI, Epstein island, and much more.

Here's last night's SNL skit of the "White House Makeover" by the Scott brothers (a.k.a., Property Brothers). Miles Teller plays both brothers, James Austin Johnson is the Malignant Fascist, and Chloe Fineman is Melon.
The opening segment of SNL's "Weekend Update" featured some non- "No Kings" day bits about the Malignant Fascist's commuting fellow felon George Santos' sentence, the MF's thinking he won't get into Heaven ("He's far too busy down here running Hell"), his $40 billion handout to Argentina (with a nice Nazis- to- Argentina zinger), the racist Young Republican chats, and more.
Saturday Night Live's cold open skewers Republican candidates Herschel Walker, Dr. Oz, and Kari Lake. It would be a lot funnier if none of these abominations had a chance of winning.
