Requirements

Submission Requirements

To successfully submit your project for HACKHAZARDS '26, teams must provide the following:

Project Description

A clear description explaining your project, the problem it solves, and how your solution works.

Demo Video

A short demo video (recommended 2–3 minutes) showing your project in action. The video should explain the idea, features, and how the solution works.

Source Code

A public GitHub or GitLab repository containing the source code of your project.

Project Presentation

Screenshots, architecture diagrams, or slides that explain the technical implementation of your project.

Live Demo (Optional but Recommended)

A working prototype, deployed application, or hosted demo link.

Built With

List the technologies, frameworks, and tools used to build your project.

Team Information

Names and roles of all team members who contributed to the project.

Important Guidelines

• All submissions must be created during the hackathon period.
• Projects must include a working prototype or proof of concept.
• Teams can submit only one project.
• Submissions must be completed before the official deadline.
• Plagiarized or previously submitted projects will be disqualified.

Judging Process

After the submission deadline, projects will be evaluated by a panel of industry judges based on:

• Innovation and originality
• Technical implementation
• Impact and usefulness
• Design and user experience
• Quality of the presentation and demo

Shortlisted teams may also be invited to present their projects during the final evaluation round.
