The mission of Garfield Health Center Youth Ambassadors (GHCYA) is to advocate for health equity and emergency preparedness resources through educational workshop activities for underserved communities. We strive to provide a voice for underrepresented youth in and out of school and to promote positive healthcare-related outcomes for them. We believe that all citizens, regardless of race, gender, or socioeconomic status, should be seen and heard in all of the places where important decisions are made.

The donations we receive will go to buying new school supplies, hygiene items, toys, and clothing for children with terminal illnesses (pediatric cancers, autoimmune, chronic diseases, etc.). Any donation amounts are appreciated to support vulnerable groups and families!
