CI: tidy errors are hidden by verbose Python dependency resolution logging

This is an example of a job where tidy failed. But the tidy error is not even shown when one looks at the end of the log, it is scrolled out of view:

I don't know what all this python stuff is about, but it would be good to avoid such irrelevant information from displacing the relevant errors in the log.
