Spanish translation doesn't work

I'm getting a Not Found error at: https://doc.rust-lang.org/stable/rust-by-example/es/index.html
The japanese and chinese versions work okay.
I tried building it locally and it seems to work.

I just fixed issues. Please check PR.

Please check PR, I added a runtime check in the language picker so unavailable locales are hidden, preventing 404s like the Spanish URL on doc.rust-lang.org. This keeps working languages (ja/zh) visible and avoids broken links when a locale isn’t deployed.

Was it intended that the Spanish translation is not deployed? I changed this in rust-lang/rust#148555 so that it is, and did not hear from @marioidival whether that was correct.

Hey. I had a look at the spanish strings and the thing is that only a low percentage of the book is translated. I'll try to help as soon as I have some time.
