Release 20260401 broke install

When trying to update to release 20260401 my raudio installation pocess gives some errors and caused the web interface to be broken...
I'm able to enter device with ssh, some folders under /srv/http doesn't exists anymore...
Is it possible to update to release [20260409] without using web interface (that is broken), through ssh and command line?
