`_interpreters` annotations are outdated

I just merged a PR updating some annotations in this module (thanks @donbarbos!).

This issue is too imprecise to know exactly what you want changed, so I'm going to close it. If there's something specific still wrong in these annotations, please send an issue (or a PR; for many simple typeshed changes it's about as much work to describe the issue as to fix it).

Thanks! The issue was just noting the annotations didn't match current function parameters, so if they're now correct this is all done.
