Cache files could/shoud store the call that caused them to be written

That would help with debugging. The calls in the diagnostics.log are often truncated.
Would also allow for checking of hash collisions 🤓

No. #246 stores the same truncated call string that appears in the logs and is therefore not really useful.

attr(x, 'call') <- match.call()
