   返回由 <parameter>connection</parameter>
   指定的 PostgreSQL 服务器最新的一条 notice 信息。PostgreSQL
   服务器在某些情况下会发送 notice 信息，例如在表里创建 <literal>SERIAL</literal> 列。

   使用 <function>pg_last_notice</function>，只要检查 notice 是否和该事务有关，就可以避免提交无用的查询。

   可以通过在 &php.ini; 中把 <literal>pgsql.ignore_notice</literal> 置为 1 来使 notice 信息追踪成为可选项。

   可以通过在 &php.ini; 中把 <literal>pgsql.log_notice</literal> 置为 0 来使 notice 信息日志成为可选项。
   除非 <literal>pgsql.ignore_notice</literal> 为 0，否则 notice 信息不能被日志记录。
