pg_oidc_validator packaging

Hi,

As demand for OIDC is slowly growing and there is no other extension available, we get more and more requests for the pg_oidc_validator to be packaged with upstream PostgreSQL for at least amd64 and arm64. Would be awesome to see it packaged.

FYI: I also did create the request for Devrim and the RPMs here: pgdg-packaging/pgdg-rpms#216

@df7cb Is that something you plan to include? Just asking if we need to look into a workaround or not, as RPMs are done already by Devrim, so didn't want to let this one slip through.

Hi, sorry for the non-response.

I did have a look at it in April, but there were some problems so I didn't continue back then. Iirc it was around the cpp jwt library used. I need to give it another try to be able to say more. It will happen but the day doesn't have enough hours...
