Always prompted to add an University email

Hi everyone,

I am a lecture at Zhaoqing University in China, who is applying to join GitHub Education. I added the University email into my github account and set it as the primary email. After that, I am still prompted to add my University email as below. I tried many times, but I am still prompted to do this. Does anyone meet this kind of problem? Any help would be appreciated.

If the email address you added matches the domain "stu.zqu.edu.cn" and you are still prompted to add it, it may be a browser cache issue. Try logging out and logging back in, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser or device, such as a smartphone.

@davevad93 Thanks for your answer! The pattern of my University email is [email protected]. It seems that my email domain does not match "stu.zqu.edu.cn". What should I do?

Hey @shuailiu1990 you're welcome, in this case you should contact support by opening a ticket here, select "My selected school has incorrect or incomplete information e.g. domains or campus location" and explain your issue.
