[RFE] enhance OKD support

What happened?

• oc-mirror list releases doesn't have support for OKD repos

• example at https://github.com/openshift/oc-mirror/blob/main/docs/examples/imageset-config-okd.yaml doesn't show if and how it is possible to filter by version

What did you expect to happen?

Add full platform type support for OKD to have the same features provided for OCP images and repos.
