No fingerprint was provided error when saving page subsequently

I am getting the error message "No fingerprint was provided" when editing page metadata (TVs) multiple times on a Fred enabled page. Saving the first time does not show the error but any subsequent save ends with this error shown and the edits not saved properly.

Used Versions: MODX 3.0.4-pl, Fred 2.2.2-pl
