Description of the new feature

I've got a bunch of Copilot CLI sessions in terminal tabs and I can't read the titles or keep track of them well. So think of Terminal as a session host for agent CLI sessions - of course you'd want the session list in a vertical pane on the left.

Design inspo: MS Edge vertical tabs. Bonus points for tab groups!
