A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Update to python 3.9 or higher (3.8 is out of live),
3.10 to 3.12 are in security support and some bugfix only.
3.10 to 3.12 have some great acceleration in some functions.

Python 3.14 is new and Python 3.9 unsupported now.
