I change the version to 0.2.31, still can't download. But when I access the link in browser, the model can be downloaded succesfully.

Some one said, after install the version 0.3.8 then the problem would be solved, but mine is not working.

Turning on the Hugging Face proxy solved the problem for me.

Logging out of ZScaler worked. Zscaler signs the traffic, but they don't support trusting the systems certificate store. I suspect this issue is upstream of LM Studio for everyone.

open the index.js file with notepad and replace all huggingface.co with hf-mirror.com and it works.
